Insurance Claims Group will be closed during the holiday period from 5pm Friday 24th of December until 9am Monday 10th of January.

During this period, most professional services and agencies are also on leave however we will endeavour to update you on your individual case on or after the 10th of January 2022.

During the Christmas period, most insurers wind down their productivity however in the event that you receive information relating to your claim, you should forward this to your Insurance Claims Group consultant.

In most cases, your claim will have been lodged however due to the Christmas period, the processing may be delayed. On the 10th of January 2022, you will reveive a call with an update relating to your claim.

If a trade service or loss adjuster attempts to attend your property during the Christmas period then you should notify Insurance Claims Group by email at [email protected]
